It's something I dabble in, yes. It's a good way to learn something about local plants in a strange place - there's a lot you can learn just from taste and how they react with water. I wouldn't try it if there weren't knowledgeable people to ask, but since there are a lot of merchants here making suggestions, I thought I'd make an attempt.
