he can't exactly blame katara for being a little on the recalcitrant side. she isn't exactly obligated to give him information or tell him... anything, really. the fact that she's even being tolerant of him says a lot about who she is as a person. not that he would have expected anything else from someone who saved the world before she was even sixteen years old. at her age, he was still running numbers for the triple threats. not exactly a positive influence on society.
