[It is Definitely pretty frustrating, if the way Konoha sighs and kicks her forelegs is any indication, tail swishing a bit agitated in the water.]
Like every single moon cycle from spring to fall... unless you're, uh, already carrying a foal, that is, and that's almost a whole year!
[Which, as much as she'd love children... it sounds rough!!]
