[It would probably be a bad idea. The nice thing about human feet is they grip well, even in shoes. Hooves, not so much. Even if he could, though, Mikuni wouldn't spread it around, from rooftops or otherwise. He's hardly one to talk about private matters, even his own. Especially his own.]

That. Is a lot older. [Super helpful observation.] I can't imagine how I'd talk to someone who's lost sixty years of experience.

[A great leader of my people. Would it be a letdown? Or would it just be awkward? It's really hard to know, since he isn't in Mako's shoes. Or any shoes. Folding his hands over his stomach, he frowns, considering, before adding:] I learned that someone here had met someone I once knew. Almost thirty years ago now. Or--to be more precise, she died thirty years ago. It's not the same, but--what I'm trying to say is that I know it must be too strange.
