I'm not sure any one person understands the full story. Our communications...leave something to be desired.

[ Ephraim's used to one army, everyone reporting to one person. It's hard to coordinate a group that's been pulled together so haphazardly, and so many of whom aren't used to or resist the imposition of authority. ]
