Assassins technically have less credentials, or rather... it might be more accurate to say you need way more to be a Hunter. Also, Hunters aren't exclusively contracted to kill or anything. Some people use their training and skills to find extremely rare animals, or to discover new ones entirely on dangerous continents... or even to find rare ingredients for gourmet foods...
