As Fjord starts rowing out, he shrugs a little at Ukiuvak's question. It's an odd gesture as he can't really shrug while rowing, but the meaning is fairly obvious.

"I assume so? They've got a set-up and everything. But truth be told, I don't know. I just arrived here earlier this morning: a lot of stuff about this place confuses me a little."
