[Firo smiles faintly to hear of Daylight helping her out early on in the story; it's the right thing to do, and he's glad to hear Daylight did it. But the smile doesn't last, not with what he hears as he nods and pauses and waits out the silences. He'll let Daylight take it at his pace; it's all they can do.
If there's any truth in her story, Firo's not entirely unsympathetic to Erin. Once it gets to Daylight being injured--almost killed!--though? He can't hide the shock and the anger in his face, and any sympathy all but evaporates.
His fists clench, but of course there's no one to confront here--just Daylight and Meddy, and so in a heartbeat Firo's expression is replaced by concern.]
You're--are you still hurt now? Should you be up and about like this?
[Daylight didn't seem super injured in this body, but how the hell should Firo know? He's not a doctor! He moves forward--one hesitant step and then another quicker one--and will helplessly grab at Daylight's arm, as if that would be able to tell him how his friend is doing. Honestly.]
