If that's the case, then we will simply fail in our mission to find a way to save Struxta. If something is supposed to happen, or otherwise beyond our abilities to stop it, then it's as straightforward as that.
But if there is a way to stop it, we won't make progress by resigning ourselves to... inevitability so early on.
