A little deflated, Konoha can't really protest just moving the direction she's facing. With a small grunt of exertion she hauls her more human half up and gets her palms flat on the floor, levering a bit of weight onto her arms and shoulders. It certainly isn't enough to lift herself, she's too heavy for that, but she gets her forelegs back up under her and manages to twist around with a drag of back hooves until she's facing the "right way".
