[He added a little laugh to his answer] It seems we have a lot of curious minds in the Circle. It's new to me to meet others who don't mind asking and getting asked.
From what I have learned about this world, I assume that such a system is either visible to everyone and yet you might not really know what it is or it's small and only the ones who installed them know where it is.

Personally I would prefer to see such a system. It would give me a feeling of safety.
