Who: Bolin and YOU?!!??!
Where: All over the place.
When: Throughout the sickness event.
Rating Most likely will stay PG.
What: A large former-rock boy gets his bearings then becomes miserably sick. Special appearance by a small ferret.
THE WHERE-AM-I, WHAT-IS-THIS PROMPT (BEFORE SICKNESS):
[ He barely had a chance to speak to Astoria before the mysterious woman seemed to whisk herself away, off to handle some other matter of grave importance. Now, Bolin's definitely not opposed to helping some people out, but this might be the worst time to pull him. As far as he knows, his hometown is going to be destroyed by the work of a scary, domineering and possibly-insane tyrant if he doesn't get a message across in time. There is no time, and he would love to help these people out later, but he has to go home immediately!
Pabu being with him for some reason is really great and quells some of his anxiety but it's not nearly enough to put him at ease. So, he's chasing the misty servants around, trying to get one of them to speak to him. ] Wait! Just listen to me! I cannot be here! [ They seem to do a great job at evading him, phasing right through him when he tries to touch them. He spots one phase right into a door, and Bolin slams open that door. ] PLEASE!
[ It's the door to the bath? Sorry if anyone was taking a soak in there. The where-am-I prompt is now also the suddenly-naked prompt. Just pulling out all the classics. ]
THE SICK BOI PROMPT (WEEK ONE):
[ Despite how little mind Bolin seems to actively pay to his own health, he's actually the sort who doesn't get sick easily. Toughing it out on the streets as a child must have built one very strong immune system, able to take on anything. So, it's rare for him to get the flu. It's an especially bad flu too. He's sniffing constantly, and his mind is all a-fog. Even Pabu seems concerned about him, but there's nothing the little guy can really do but poke his nose in Bolin's face. ] Okay, Pabu, I know we never trained for this, but I know you're smart. [ Loud sniff. ]
Do you know what tissues are? Do you think you can find me s-s-s'ACHOO!!
[ And at once, a huge gust of wind passes by, triggered by his sneeze. Bolin's an Airbender now, apparently, and he knows nothing at all about how to be one. Two things can happen now:
1. His gust of wind is strong enough to knock your character off their feet, along with many other miscellaneous items, probably. Sorry about that. Or ...
2. His gust of wind blows his beloved fire ferret way, way up into the sky, where he lands on a ledge, barely hanging onto ... life. Sorry, Pabu. ]
STILL THE SICK BOI PROMPT (WEEK THREE):
[ And now he's slowly going blind? Hey, what the f#$% (censored because he's a nick toon). A few days into the week and Bolin's vision seems to have blurred to the point where he can make out the vague shape of things in his surroundings, but he's lost on the details. This means it's very hard for him to tell people apart until they start to speak. When he comes across a person somewhat shorter than him, who has more of a feminine build (they may or may not actually be a girl), he's quick to rush up to them and hold their face affectionately. ]
... Opal? [ No ...... ]
WILDCARD
[ OOC: yeah honestly i'm up for anything ... if anybody wants me to write a starter, give me an emoji and i'll try to ... write a prompt based on it. ]

sick boi 1: prequel to sicker boy
[The plus side is that Mikuni's hard to knock off his feet, given that he's two-thirds massive horse. He's solid. That doesn't mean he loves this sudden wind business, though. It smacks him in the face so hard it actually hurts and blows his huge mass of hair straight back from his head, only to collapse in his face once the wind dies down.]
[Still, he could have it worse. He could be Pabu. Reaching up to part the curtain of hair that now hangs over his face, he peers at Bolin, then up . . . way up, at Pabu.]
. . . That didn't go as planned, did it. [He'll be sympathetic in a second, just let him recover.]
oh god i didnt know he's also a horsey
No. PABU!! Buddy, just hang on, I'm coming for you! [ If he still had his Earthbending, this would be an easy problem to solve. He would just raise the ground he's standing on high enough to save the ferret. Unfortunately, all he does have is a form of bending he knows nothing about.
Bolin does a punching motion, aiming it at the ground, and tries to ... shoot air from his fists? He ends up swerving out of control and hitting the wall. ]
half horse half man 100% disaster
If he lets go, I can catch him. I don't think continuing with . . . [He waves a hand carefully at Bolin's whole self.] . . . this is a good idea when you're so unsteady on your feet.
[Please don't punch your fire ferret with wind, that seems dangerous.]

[ Kind of an idiot, yes, but Bolin isn't the stubborn sort of idiot. He's quite receptive to feedback. Mikuni does ... have a point. He doesn't have a hang on this earthbending yet and it wouldn't be advisable to blow his little friend right off the ledge. ]
You're right. I really don't have the hang of this yet. [ And he's got a little bump on his head to prove it. He's a master earthbender but he's been an airbender for like, a few days. ] Do you really think you could catch him?
no subject
I really do. It's not very windy, and I'm very strong. If he just lets go and I'm directly under him, I'm confident that I can catch him safely. Would that be all right with you?
[Shading his eyes from the sun, he looks up at the stranded fire ferret.]
And with you?
no subject
Yes! Thanks for your help. [ Bolin will stay close though, just in case Pabu ends up falling closer to him instead. ]
