What: Exploring and getting used to people?

This place is new. That in itself is not surprising, most places he's seen these days are new, at least to him -- save for perhaps certain eastern European or Asian nations. It doesn't look new, but that doesn't bother Bucky any. He's laid low since arriving a few days ago, on the lookout for anyone he might know, or that might know him. He is less of a target, here, his magic serving to helpfully cover up that silver left arm of his, but he is still clearly recognizable as a soldier. Or ex-military, depending on the clothes he's wearing that day.

Thankfully, this new place doesn't seem to have any HYDRA operatives or other enemies that he's been able to see, so he has ventured out to look around the temple. He can be found wandering throughout the day, either poking around the temple or kitchens -- but generally he's somewhere around the fighting ring. It's familiar, even if it's not entirely necessary at the moment. (He has come to appreciate lying low, the past few months. It's a luxury rarely afforded to him.) After watching some people spar, he steps up to the ring himself, setting in to fight one or more of the dummies.

She loves them all dearly. But they're the redheaded step children of the DCTV universe for a reason.

“That happens with some of my friends, too.” One in specific, really. And also currently one of the only friends he remembers clearly.

"I guess every team's gotta have one of them." Otherwise, nothing would get anything done, really. Zari's even surprised that the Legends get anything done when they have a whole team of them. "In our case we have eight."

“I just have the one, but I’ve known him about ninety years, I guess.” And it’s not really worst-case scenarios, in Steve’s case. He just tends to be very stubborn. It’s funny, though, Bucky doesn’t look a day over thirty-ish.

Yep, she's definitely squinting at that number range there, because she probably didn't hear him right. Right? That's totally what happened. "I'm sorry, did you say ninety?"

“Sure did. At least I think it’s close to that, I’ve sort of lost track of things.” For very good reasons, but he’s not about to tell all that to someone he’s just met.

There was a moment where Zari has to weigh her options carefully, debating whether she wants to be offensive or not, or if asking that question even is offensive, but for now, she decides to just put it out there and see what happens.

"I'm not sure if there's a nice way to ask this, but ... are you a vampire?"
